NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS, PROPOSED FORM OF CONTRACT AND ESTIMATE OF COST FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF140TH STREET PIPELINE PROJECT, SCHEDULE 1 FOR ROCK RAPIDS MUNICIPAL UTILITIES, ROCK RAPIDS, IOWA, AND TAKING OF BIDS THEREFORE.
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Trustees of Rock Rapids Municipal Utilities (the “Owner”), 310South 3rd Avenue, Rock Rapids, Iowa will meet at the Rock Rapids Municipal Utility Office in Rock Rapids located at 310 South 3rd Avenue on the 28th day of September, 2016, at 7:00 AM at which time and place
a hearing will be held on the proposed plans, specifications, form of contract, and estimate of cost for the 140th Street Pipeline Project, Schedule 1 (the “Project”).
